Note: Each rental customer will be given one complimentary hour before the event begins, and one complimentary hour after the event ends to set up and clean up. This time cannot be used to extend the length of your event. If additional time is needed to set up for an event, it must be arranged at the time of application and will be billed at the regular rental rates.
Any event that occurs outside of our regular business hours (Monday-Friday, 10am-5pm) will accrue an additional flat fee of $100.00 on top of rental fee.
Deposit is due at the time of application. No rental will be confirmed or placed on the calendar without a deposit and the required signed documentation.
